| Clipper
was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, but his family moved to Newport,
Rhode Island when he was very young. Over the years they slowly made their
way South, living in North Carolina once again, then settling in Pompano
Beach, Florida. Clipper says, "I definitely prefer the warm Florida weather
and love the ocean and beach life!" Currently he is living in Daytona Beach
and has been in this area for twenty years.
Clipper
earned his Real Estate License in 1996 and was lucky enough to have lived
in a Peck Developed Condominium, The Sherwin, for several years. "There
really is nothing like waking up to the beautiful views of the Atlantic
Ocean and Daytona Coastline!" says Clipper. He loves working in Real Estate
however, he is also employed full time by the State of Florida, Department
of Transportation working with the Intelligent Transportation Systems Department.
When he has the opportunity, he enjoys working with customers and showing
property. His wife, Ashley, is also a Sales Associate with Peck Realty
of Daytona Beach, Inc. so they work together as a team assisting their
customers. |
