In 1969, Ed Peck Sr. developed the first oceanfront condominium complex in Daytona Beach Shores, beginning the Peck family’s real estate legacy. Sherry Peck Davidson has been with Peck Realty since its founding, starting as a sales associate and becoming Owner/Broker in 2000. Today, she and her daughter, Ashley Davidson Tefft, continue that tradition, specializing in condominium sales, listings, and rentals. As a full-time condominium resident and former rental property owner, Sherry offers decades of firsthand experience and valuable local insight.
We have worked with the team at Peck Realty for 6 years. Wondeful process all the way through. Ashley is a pleasure to deal with and communication from booking cant be beat. Room is exactly as advertised but pictures do not do this place justice. The views are absolutely incredible from every room and balcony. If you're afraid of heights I do not recommend this room but other than that this place was perfect and we had an excellent time. Thanks again Ashley, our first VRBO stay was more than we could have imagined!

The condo was great, great neighborhood and Ashley was wonderful. She answered messages very quick from before booking through checkout! We will definitely be booking here the next time we visit Florida!!
